Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The location is magnificent, the rooms are top-quality with spectacular views, and the service from all staff members was exceptional. However, the dining experience was a little chaotic, and the breakfast price was quite high. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offered rooms of the highest quality on the lower floors with spectacular views, making mornings delightful before enjoying a tasty breakfast served by a lovely team. The rooms were spacious and adorned with celebratory decorations like balloons and a personalized framed picture. The service was exceptionally friendly and caring, with thoughtful touches like cute notes from the cleaning staff. The location was ideal, well-maintained, and between Soufriere and Pigeon Island, making it a perfect launching spot. While the dining experience was diverse and delicious, the pricing was a bit steep. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service and beautiful surroundings.
The hotel offers essentially apartment-style rooms with private patios for lounging, a fabulous bathroom, and a great location near the pool and Grill. The service is remarkable, compensating for facility limitations with top-notch assistance. Although smallish, the location is superb on Marigot Bay, but lacks the 'wow' factor. The dining experience offers a feast fit for a king, and the facilities are top-notch.
I felt like I was in an oasis with beautiful grounds and gardens. The small and quiet hotel provided a modern and beautiful room with comfortable beds. However, it was a bit far from the airport, and some shop units were empty.
The hotel offers spacious rooms mostly well set up for small kids with fantastic wooden interiors, two swimming pools, a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, free drinks in the fridge, attentive chambermaids, and a personal assistant assigned to our group. The service is very friendly and helpful, possibly the best in St Lucia at the Marina, with amenities like car hire, 24-hour room service, bell staff/porter, and laundry. The location is incredibly beautiful, especially for booking excursions from the marina area, although it can be a bit small and quiet with some empty shop units. The dining experience is delightful with plenty of sweet and savory options, making it a feast fit for a king. The facilities are well-equipped and convenient for guests.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was so cozy, equipped with everything to complete the home away from home feel, including a balcony and hot tub overlooking the bay. The service was top-notch, with attention to detail and ensuring we were happy at every turn. The location on Marigot Bay was relaxing, offering great dining options around. The dining experience at the Grill was amazing, with a great selection and high quality. The facilities were excellent, providing all the amenities one could need.
Staying at this hotel was perfect! The rooms are amazingly spacious with kitchens and living spaces in addition to a full bedroom. The high-quality rooms offer spectacular views to enjoy over morning coffee before heading down for a delicious breakfast served by a lovely team of people. The wooden ceilings and balcony/front porch overlooking the bay make the stay ideal.
I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and spacious room with a stunning bay view. The hotel's hilltop location offers the best views, although a bit pricey. The service was outstanding, from the friendly and helpful staff who met us at the airport to their excellent assistance throughout our stay. The location was truly spectacular, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Pigeon Island. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options, but a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel has a wonderful location between Soufriere and Pigeon Island, making me feel like I was in an oasis. The hotel, grounds, and gardens are beautiful, providing an excellent experience overall. However, the dining options were a bit restricted, and the dining cost was on the higher side. The service from the staff was exceptional, with Zena and Chris truly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were of the highest quality with spectacular views to enjoy over morning coffee before strolling down to a great breakfast. The service was truly remarkable, with a lovely team of people always ready to help with a smile on their faces. The location was superb, and the facilities such as the pools, cabanas, fitness room, and restaurants were all top-notch.
The hotel offers spacious and luxurious rooms with a cozy atmosphere that feels more like a condominium than a traditional hotel room. The rustic furniture and well-maintained accommodations, including a king-size canopy bed and kitchenette, provide a 5-star quality experience. The friendly staff and beautiful location are standout features, but the distance from the airport and the need to walk down steps to access some amenities may be slight drawbacks.
The hotel sits on a hill with stunning views overlooking the pool, opposite hill, and yachts, making it a perfect choice, especially for families with a little one. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and feature a hot tub on the large balcony, offering a relaxing experience. However, the location is a bit far from the airport and may not appeal to everyone, although it provides quick access to excursions from the marina area. The dining options are diverse and delicious, creating a feast fit for a king, and the facilities are top-notch, ensuring a luxurious stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers amazingly spacious rooms with kitchens and living spaces in addition to a full bedroom, overlooking the pool, opposite hill, and yachts. The service was outstanding and without exception, creating special lunches. The location is beautiful, making me feel like I was in an oasis. The dining experience was superb, with a feast fit for a king. The facilities are top-notch.
The Boucan Chocolat Hotel is a gem with immaculate rooms that are nice, featuring comfy beds and a good bathroom, and air conditioning, making for a perfect stay. While the location is beautiful, being set between Soufriere and Pigeon Island, it may not attract the younger traveler or holidaymaker. The dining experience, although offering plenty of sweet and savory options, comes at a steep price. The service stands out, especially Jayy who leads the ridge climb and the cleaning staff leaving cute notes, creating a superb experience.
The hotel was a gorgeous stay with tastefully furnished, very well-appointed, spotless rooms offering stunning bay views. It's now my all-time favorite, though there was a bit of mold on the shower silicon, barely visible unless you looked closely.
